The neon sign was dim in some spots. Also they don't show there is a small cord that connects the two words on the pictures and ours looks like it is cracked :( the chain provided it also too short. Do not recommend
Delivery was complete, the individual parts of the order were very well packaged, the illuminated house numbers look very good.
The drilling template supplied was a great help.

I give this a 4 star review for 3 reasons.
1. The sign’s edges were rough when it showed up, I had to sand them down, especially the “The” section has a lot of strands left.
2. I was under the impression that the whole thing was gonna be one piece but the “The” is separate of the last name.
3. The remotes doesn’t work but my phone does work with it.
Otherwise the quality and product is amazing!
Customer service and response time was great! Received product pictures before shipment. The letters are built durable and bright! Would order from them again!
Despite paying extra to get the sign sooner, it took longer than expected and then when it finally arrived it was broken!!! I’m so upset
The sign itself in term of design was nicked one. However, the electronics and wires came largely without instruction and required finding replacement parts immediately for it to be practical.
