We purchased a sign for our wedding, and it took about 2 weeks to receive which is very reasonable with custom products. At no fault of NeonSignKongdom, the package arrived slightly damaged, and part of the sign had been broken. I reached out to the customer service team and Nikko replied quickly. After a few photos and a brief message, Nikko said he would send out another sign for the portion that was damaged. The sign arrived today in a wooden box, perfectly intact. Not only did they replace the item for free due to circumstances out of their hands, they took extra care to ensure it arrived safely and in time for our wedding. That is absolutely top notch service from the top down, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the way Nikko and NeonSignKingdom dealt with the situation. We love our house number sign! We received it within the specified delivery time and customer service was excellent. I made a few inquiries regarding the order on separate occasions, and received replies very promptly. The product is stately and the illumination is bright.
